苍地村是高州市山美街道所辖的行政村，在广东省茂名市。[1]地名传说，很早以前一位大财主雇佃农在此肥沃的土地上耕种，收获的粮食囤积于此，成为他的粮仓，称仓地，后写作苍地。
历史沿革[edit]
苍地村在1958年公社化时划归山美公社谢鸡区，次年改属谢鸡公社环城区。1962年体制下放，成立苍地大队；之后依次改为苍地乡（1983年）、苍地农村管理区（1986年），1999年起称苍地村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，苍地村获广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予的2021年广东省卫生村称号；2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
