城东社区是广东省茂名市电白区水东街道下辖的社区，属主城区。社区居委会设立于2006年，由澄波街、解放街两个居委会合并而成；2019年9月入选省里的民主法治示范创建名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2006年，澄波街、解放街两个居委会经县政府批准并为一个，成立城东社区居民委员会，此后一直如此。[1]

荣誉[edit]

城东社区在2019年9月公布的2018年度创建名单里，创建的是广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
