历史沿革[edit]
1952年时属吴梅县的潘屋行政村。[1]
概况[edit]
全村13个自然村，4590人（1006户），耕地面积1332亩。各自然村公路已全部硬化，家家看上有线电视，不少家庭接了宽带。[1][2]
村内勇儿村是革命老区，四面环水，旧时被称作「台湾岛」，1000多村民出入靠摆渡；后来架起一座85米长、8米宽的桥，另建三层的文化楼、小型足球场和篮球场，并于2007年评上湛江市生态文明村。[1][2]
