全村11个自然村，6188人（1308户），耕地面积1635亩，梅塘公路从村旁经过，村内硬化路网密布。博雅地名网转录的村情材料称，当时电话入户率90%，六成村民用上自来水。[1]

辖区有小学1所，在校学生418多人，教学楼1幢，3000平方米。[1]
