乾案村属湛江市廉江市横山镇管辖，地处广东省西南部，是一个行政村，村委会设在竹园村，下属14条自然村。[1]据博雅地名网所载村情，全村总人口6963人，耕地约6084亩，有党员112名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年的乾案乡含今盐关一带，属第四（安铺）区；1953年时改作属第六（铺洋）区；1958年时归胜利公社，称乾案大队；1959年时划归横山公社；1961年划入铺洋公社，1963年并回横山公社。1984年起叫乾案乡，1987年时作管理区，1999年起建村委会。[1]

村中种植的农作物主要有水稻、番薯、花生、糖蔗、北运菜。[1]
