村里常住1110人、291户，党总支有党员72人。曾获开平市先进基层党组织（2012年）、「创建无邪教示范村」（2017年）、百合镇尊师重教先进单位（2021至2022学年度）。[1]2025年底入选广东省第二批「百县千镇万村高质量发展工程」典型村。[2]

近年建设[edit]

村内道路已全部硬底化，安装路灯100多盏，修水渠1000米、厕所8间，清理垃圾6000多方。[1]
