儒东村曾获广东省乡村治理示范村、江门市基层党建示范村等称号，还入选过省级民主法治示范村（社区）；2025年底入选广东省第二批「百县千镇万村高质量发展工程」典型村。[1][2]

文化[edit]

龙厚村小组的胡志良家把祖屋活化为农家博物馆「春英园」，获评广东省「美丽庭院」；村里还把闲置居庐改作糍艺馆，传承「吉祥十二宝」家糍手艺。[3]
