念德村是佛山市三水区乐平镇下辖的行政村，村委会设在念德村，与南边社区合署办公。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名由李坑、陆坑两个大队合并而来，村委会设在念德村，因而得名。[1]1951年成立念德乡农民协会，隶属三水县第五区；1954年改为乡人民政府，1958年改为念德营；1960年分为李坑、陆坑两个大队，1963年合为念德大队，1975年再分，1984年1月又合并设念德乡人民政府。[2]1987年改为村民委员会，1989年改称管理区办事处，1998年复设村民委员会。[2]2003年南边街道并入乐平镇，念德村随之归乐平镇；2004年7月与南边社区居委会合署办公。[2]相关社区见南边社区。

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月入选第一批广东省卫生村，2021年12月获评2021年广东省卫生村。[1]
