南沙社区位于均安镇东面，辖区面积15.19平方千米，周围有东海水道环绕，隔水与杏坛镇的马宁、北沙、海凌相望[1][2]。

地理与人口[edit]

境内无山丘，十字大涌将全境分成安成、凌沿、永隆、四埠四个自然村[2]。社区有住户4400多户，常住人口16000多人；耕地10420亩，其中鱼塘6600亩[2]。2004年工农业总产值5.8亿元，较上年增长17.4%[2]。

沿革与荣誉[edit]

2001年，凌沿、安成、永隆、四埠四个村委会合并成南沙居委会[1]。2020年8月，南沙社区入选首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村（草鱼）[1]。2014年，顺德公示的5个名村示范村规划中，南沙被定位为生态绿色示范村，报道称它几乎是顺德最偏远的村落，规划要突出岭南水乡特色[3]。
