历史沿革[edit]
南宋末年，崔、周、梁、谢等姓已在此立村；崔氏为大族，其三子名华夏、华胄、华杰，村名因此称“三华”[2][3]。元至元二十四年（1287年），欧阳氏兄弟迁到江尾，兄居三华，后来欧阳成为大族[2]。明清时三华属白藤堡；清咸丰三年（1853年），三华梁姓到南沙开垦，同治年间筑堤，名新围[2]。
1950年3月，均安一带编为第九区；1958年成立三华生产大队；1987年2月设三华村民委员会，1989年一度改称管理区，1999年再作村民委员会[2]。
民俗[edit]
关帝侯王出游每年农历九月初四从三华的帝王古庙“起宫”，据说1851年由三华等五村开始，2015年列入广东省非物质文化遗产名录[5]。
经济与名胜[edit]
境内分文明、荣锦、东门、启明四坊，常住人口4317人；2008年有工企业180家，其中110家做牛仔服[2]。巨源欧阳公祠坐落于启明街44号，建于清道光年间，约在1821至1850年，1941年重修，三间两进，是较完整的清后期宗祠[4]。
