中区社区位于佛山市南海区桂城街道三山新城中部，因处在三山片区中间而得名，下辖四个小组：涌源、西江、南村、新填地。[1] 2024年8月入选「佛山市百千万工程第二批典型镇村」，2026年1月获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
中区街道办事处挂牌于1996年6月12日，隶属三山港区政府；1999年6月改设村民委员会，2011年「村改居」后设居民委员会。[1] 2023年4月列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位」名单。[1]
