地名由来[edit]
据《南海叠孔氏家谱》记载，木村水脉（汾江水）分两道溪水流入，到叠南孔氏祠前汇合，因此得名「叠溪」。另一种说法是，汾江水从九处流入，溪流重叠、环绕全村，故称「叠」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
居委会成立于1997年（博雅地名网一处记为3月，另一处记为5月30日），获过广东省平安和谐先进社区称号。[1][2]
