叠北社区是佛山市南海区桂城街道的主城区社区，因位于叠滘之北而得名，相传宋徽宗年间已有村落。[1] 2015年3月，司法部、民政部表彰其为「第六批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」；2023年11月入选「广东百千万工程首批典型县镇村」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
叠北乡设于1951年8月，之后依次改为生产大队、乡、管理区和管理处，1999年5月成为村委会，2011年「村改居」后设居民委员会；1985年7月起归桂城管辖。[1]
文化[edit]
叠滘由叠南、叠北两社区组成，总面积3.93平方千米。百度百科称，明代主张推行「一条鞭法」的官员庞尚鹏生于叠滘村头坊；端午龙船漂移是村里的传统，2025年的大赛吸引游客超过68万人次。[2]
