历史沿革[edit]
居委会成立于1990年（博雅地名网两处分别记为5月20日和6月），初名城北居委会，1997年5月26日起称桂一居委会。[1][2] 社区先后获得广东省「六好」平安和谐社区称号。[2]
社区概况[edit]
辖区共2124套住宅，涵盖海棠村、俊琴轩等小区；社区西侧是南海广场，区内可见南海中医院、桂城医院和南海体育馆。[2]
