南山社区是广东省汕头市龙湖区珠池街道下辖的社区，清嘉庆五年（1800年）建村，旧称内充公。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，嘉庆五年韩江因台风崩堤，杨氏、纪氏等村民从潮安庵埠、澄海官埭和鸥汀等地迁来建村，初名南山村，取「马放南山，太平盛世」之意。[1]

充公村名的由来[edit]

1860至1870年间，外砂谢姓村民到永安里建村，两村常为土地起纠纷，澄海县把两村田园收归县学堂公田，再由纪姓、谢姓富户领佃后转租村民耕种，「充公」之名由此而来；公社化后两村矛盾加剧，充公村分为靠海的外充公村和多沙陇的内充公村。[1]

1986年叫内充公村委会，1992年随珠池划入龙湖区，2000年10月村改居，成为内充公居委会。[1]2019年9月，南山社区入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
