合水口社区是深圳市光明区马田街道辖下的社区，由原合水口村改制而来，村民以麦氏为主，据族谱，始祖麦南溪于明永乐二十一年（1423年）在此立村[2][4]。社区面积3.43平方千米[4]。2024年4月，合水口入选深圳市第一批地名保护名录[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网转述的《麦氏族谱》，合水口的麦氏先祖于南宋末年随文天祥抗元来到广东，战后在当地定居；麦南溪于明洪武年间（1381年）由东莞长安迁出，永乐年间（1423年）在合水口立村，其后代成为公明一带最大的麦氏聚居群体[2][4]。清嘉庆二十四年（1819年）的《新安县志》记有合水口村，属三都福永巡检司管辖[4]。

1949年10月，合水口属宝安县公明乡[2]。1961年7月，村分为上屯、中屯、下屯三个大队，1963年2月又合并为合水口大队[2]。1983年公明公社改称公明区，合水口设乡政府；1993年1月划归深圳市宝安区公明镇；2004年7月因城市化改制，设合水口社区居委会，后隶属马田街道[2]。

地名由来[edit]

此地原是一块洼地，周围的水源汇成一条小溪，流向洋涌河，因而得名「合水口」[3]。1929年，合水口村人麦晓孙与楼村人陈海神集资，在村附近建圩，初称公平圩，1931年改称公明圩，公明街道的名称即由此而来[5]。

地理环境[edit]

社区以平地为主，台地和山地约占三分之一，有尖岗山等小山坡；设有上屯、中屯、下屯三个居民小组[4]。

经济[edit]

该社区的介绍称，20世纪80年代以前以耕作为主，种水稻和甘蔗，之后工业发展起来，形成以塑胶、电子、印刷为主的工业体系，2003年的工农业总产值为2.5亿元[4]。

荣誉[edit]

2022年3月，合水口社区列入「第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」名单[1]。
