南中村是广东省江门市鹤山市鹤城镇东北部的行政村，共14条自然村，504户，村民和外来人口合计1837人，其中党员65人[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名的由来是它位于旧时南洞一片地方的中心[1]。这一带清代归附城都管辖，民国时划入三区；1957年纳入鹤城乡，1958年随红旗人民公社设南中大队；1983年鹤山县设鹤城区公所，改称南中乡；1986年起隶鹤城镇，名为南中管理区；至1998年，改建为村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。
经济[edit]
村集体收入主要来自出租山地和种养，各自然村的集体收入也大体如此。14条自然村中，4条通了自来水[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月，南中村获广东省卫生村称号（第一批）；2026年1月，列入「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」[1]。
