土洋社区在葵涌街道的东南部，大鹏湾与大亚湾之间，距深圳市区约30千米，总面积2.9平方千米。[1][2] 社区内有全国重点文物保护单位土洋村东江纵队司令部旧址。[3]

名称由来[edit]

土洋原名屯洋。抗日战争和解放战争初期，东江纵队司令员曾生率部在此扎营、设立总部，「屯洋」顺口读成「土洋」，名字沿用至今。[1]

沿革[edit]

1958年以前属惠阳县；1958年11月改隶宝安县，名称是葵涌公社沙鱼涌大队；1983年7月成立土洋乡；1986年10月称葵涌镇土洋村；1993年起由龙岗区管辖。[1] 2004年9月随城市化改制，村民委员会改为社区居委会。[1]

人口与组织[edit]

社区共有7347人，流动人口约6500人，户籍居民847人。[2] 辖一个行政村（土洋村）和沙鱼涌居民小组；社区工作站成立于2006年12月。[2] 沙鱼涌的古村落改造，是大鹏新区计划保护利用的23个古村落中的第一个项目。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

司令部旧址的前身是1912年建成的天主教堂；东江纵队1943年12月在此宣布成立。2019年10月，国务院把它列入第八批全国重点文物保护单位。[3] 社区内另有东纵革命纪念馆和东江纵队北撤纪念亭，后者在沙鱼涌海滩，2011年被评为深圳首批红色旅游景点。[2][4]

荣誉[edit]

2022年3月入选首批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区；2024年1月，又被确定为广东省2023年度民主法治示范村（社区）。[1]
