村民委员会设在黄地村，村名便沿用为行政村名。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1951年设农会，1954年改初级社，1956年转高级社，1964年称大队，1983年建黄地乡，1988年改管理区，1998年12月起改设村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
黄地村以脐橙入选省农业农村厅2021年9月公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1] 村域面积13.65平方千米，山地11277亩，耕地1298亩，经济林以毛竹为主。[1]
