延村在南雄市油山镇东部，辖11个村民小组、9个自然村；2004年与船塘村委会合并为现在的村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
此地山水环绕，河水发源于马鞍山山脉，周围又有岩山山脉绵延，村名取“绵延”之意。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
延村在1983年称延溪乡，1988年起设延村管理区，1998年12月起改设村民委员会；2004年12月，它和船塘村委会合二为一，延续至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
延村在2024年3月获评2023年度的省级卫生村，2026年3月又被认定为第三批省级「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1] 村域面积4.58平方千米，耕地2387亩，约2198人。[1]
