面积约2平方千米，耕地880亩，林地445.7公顷；辖9个村民小组，180户750人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载村情，新寮村在1958年设新寮大队，1983年改设新寮乡政府，1987年设村民委员会，1989年改称管理区，1998年又设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

据村情资料，农业是村里的主要产业，部分村民外出打工或做建筑、商业；2009年农民人均收入为5213元，村集体经济收入3.71万元。[1]
