白平村是韶关市乐昌市廊田镇辖下的行政村，位于廊田镇西南部，东面和东北面与寨头村、平富村相连，南与长来镇的东边、和村两个村委会毗邻，西接牛岗坪农场，北靠新寮村，离镇政府约7公里。[1]
东西约3公里，南北约1.5公里，面积约4.5平方千米，耕地2310亩，林地177.3公顷；有15个村小组，405户1763人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载村情，白平村在1958年设白平大队，1983年改设白平乡政府，1987年设村民委员会，1989年改称管理区，1998年又设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
据村情资料，村里引进了效益较好的西瓜和马蹄种植来增加农民收入。2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予白平村“2021年广东省卫生村”称号。[1]
