塘峰岩村是乳源瑶族自治县大桥镇的行政村，村委会驻地在镇域西北部，与镇政府驻地相距13公里，到县城48公里。村下设6个自然村，共92户、434人。[1]村名的来历：村在镇的西北腹地，位置偏僻、环境好，蜜蜂和蜂蜜多，因而称塘峰岩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国之初这里是塘峰岩乡，1958年成为塘峰岩大队；塘峰岩乡政府成立于1983年，三年后改称塘峰岩村委会，1989年又叫管理区，1998年恢复村委会之名，此后未变。[1]

经济[edit]

该村310亩耕地、9650亩山林，种植以水稻、玉米、黄烟、大豆；2008年村民人均年收入为2180元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」。[1]
