红岭社区是江尾镇所辖的社区，名称来自所在的红岭一带；2004年之前，红岭为独立的镇，后并入江尾镇。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年至1957年为红岭乡，1958年改为红岭大队，1983年复称红岭乡；1986年至1998年设红岭管理区，1998年改设红岭居民委员会，沿用至今。[1] 1976年曾在此设红岭公社，2004年红岭镇并入江尾镇。[2]
