历史沿革[edit]

观茶在1952年属联安乡（二区）；1958年成立大队，隶卫星公社，1961年转隶江口公社。[1] 1977年归北山林场，后属北山乡；1983年称观茶乡，管理区时期自1987年起，村委会则始于1998年。[1]

荣誉[edit]

该村在2019年9月入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」。[1]
