凤馨苑社区是广东省广州市增城区永宁街道下辖的社区，属主城区类别。[1] 社区在凤凰城内的凤馨苑一带，「馨」取温馨美好之意，2012年设立居民委员会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

凤馨苑社区居民委员会设立于2012年，名称沿用至今；碧桂园房地产集团在此兴建大型住宅区凤凰城，社区即以其中的凤馨苑命名。[1]

2021年11月，社区经确定为「广州市2021年绿色社区」；2024年11月，社区获认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
