秋枫村是广州市从化区太平镇下辖的行政村，村委会设在镇域东部。[1] 全村面积约8500亩，下设19个经济社，村委会介绍的人口为1500人（该介绍未注明年份）。村委会距从化城区约31公里，距太平镇区约11公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村委会驻地在秋枫洞，村名由此而来。[1]

据博雅地名网，1969年“公社化”时建立秋枫大队，到1983年改名秋枫乡，到1987年1月改名秋枫村民委员会，此名沿用到现在。[1]

荣誉与名单

  • 2019年9月，秋枫村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
  • 2023年5月，秋枫村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号（广东省爱卫会）。[1]
  • 2023年8月，秋枫村获评「2022年度“广州市美丽乡村”」称号。[1]
  • 2026年1月，秋枫村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1]

据村委会介绍，村里的生计是：栽种荔枝、龙眼；种水稻、花生，也有村民外出务工。[1]

从化区人民政府于2015年发布的历史建筑与传统风貌建筑推荐线索名单中，列有本村的金坑传统民居群、旧村传统民居群、新村传统民居群，共3处。名单所列只是普查线索，不等于已定级的文物。[2]
