东星村是广州市从化区良口镇下辖的行政村，原属良口公社，后长期隶属流溪河林场，1999年设村民委员会。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名来自村委会所在的东星村。[1]1955年办初级社，称东星社；1956年转高级社；1958年公社化后改东星大队。该村原属良口公社；1959年起归流溪河林场管理，1961年成立东星管理区；其后在1983年12月并入流溪乡，至1987年1月分出，仍作东星管理区；1999年改设东星村村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年11月认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
