城西村是广州市花都区花山镇下辖的行政村，位于旧花县县城之西，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

西玹、共和两个大队于1960年合并；1968年一度叫向阳大队，1974年恢复城西之名。1983年队制取消，由大队改称乡。村民委员会设于1987年1月，起初归花山区公所，3月转归花山镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

城西村在2019年9月上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号；2024年11月被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
