德兴社区是广州市番禺区市桥街道辖下的社区，位于街道东南部，番禺区政府大院坐落在它的辖区内[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

居民委员会于2002年8月成立。2005年5月，德兴、盛泰、东秀三个社区归并为现在的德兴社区[1]。2021年11月，它被广州市住房和城乡建设局确定为广州市2021年绿色社区；2024年11月又进入广州市充分就业社区（村）名单[1]。

地理环境[edit]

社区东临东环路，南临黄沙岛一带的市桥河，西以德兴路2号至298号为界，北至平康路153号至269号。占地约76.5万平方米，其中绿化约10.4万平方米[2]。

人口民族[edit]

社区登记总户数4475户，常住人口10425人，其中户籍1364户、4503人；另有外来暂住人员653人（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）[2]。

经济[edit]

辖内集中了番禺区政府大院、中银大厦，以及工商、电信、邮政、检验检疫、海事、国税等机构的办公楼。住宅小区有德兴园、东秀园（这两处由居委会自管），以及东信华庭、平康苑、东怡园、东翠园、黄沙岛花园、柏丽花园等[2]。

文化[edit]

番禺广场、中央公园两处大型休闲场所在社区范围内，社区另设康乐文化室、图书室、游泳馆、儿童乐园和健身室[2]。
