聚龙村又称邝家村，是广州市荔湾区冲口街道聚龙社区内的一处清末民居群，聚兴大街、陇西直街一带。[1][2]村落始建于1879年，由祖籍台山的邝氏族人兴建，占地约5300平方米，2013年8月入选第二批中国传统村落。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1879年（清光绪五年）起建，1889年建成。[2]相传挖地基时岩层中涌出红色泉水，风水先生称为「龙出血」，村因此得名。[1][2]民国时期此地划入二十四乡，据维基百科，聚龙是其中规模最小的村。[2]

建筑与布局[edit]

全村原有20幢房屋，坐北向南，按井字形布局，纵横共有十余条街巷。[2]据维基百科实测，东西长约93米，南北长约57米；现存18幢，另有1914年增建的21号。[2]房屋为两层青砖楼房，墙脚用整块麻石，窗楣灰塑绘吉祥图案，门由角门、趟栊门和大门依次组成，厅内设木屏风，也有以蚝壳砌墙的小屋。[3]

村南原有广场，东南、西南各设一座更楼；东南更楼已于2024年复建。[2]聚龙村民居（16至19号为文物本体）于2002年7月认定为广州市文物保护单位。[2]

姓氏宗族[edit]

村由邝氏的四户人家分别置业：邝其照持有第3、4、11号和已倒塌的一幢，邝伍臣、邝衡石、邝明觉三家也各占若干幢。[2]邝其照曾任清末驻美外交商务人员，1886年创办《广报》。[2]
