高山村位于白琳镇西南部，距白琳集镇约22公里，距福鼎市区46公里。[1]

村的北面与岭头坪村相邻，南面与潘溪镇湖林村相接，西面与柘荣县乍洋乡溪口村相接，东面与潘溪镇黄岗村相邻。[1]

村下辖4个自然村，以高山里为主村，其余为大路下、九岗顶和大山岗。村中有4个村民小组，共128户、535人，男性290人，女性245人。[1]

常住人口112人，外出流动人口423人，主要流向内蒙古、山东，从事经商（开茶庄）和务工。[1]

村域土地面积3860亩，其中林地3200亩，旱地492亩，水地168亩。村子地势较高，所产白茶的品质较好。[1]
