罗横村是德庆县马圩镇的行政村，在镇的东北部，距圩镇11公里，是全镇最边远的村委会；1999年由县政府批准设立。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年起是马圩公社的罗横大队，1986年称罗横管理区，1999年以后设村委会，隶马圩镇。[1]
经济[edit]
全村1475人、338户，辖9个自然村，耕地1097亩、林地20400亩。贡柑和沙糖桔种植超过1200亩。2009年人均纯收入7414元；村集体年纯收入约1.96万元。2019年9月被列为「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
