历史沿革[edit]
红粉大队建于1959年；1962年析为垭田、合山、红粉三队，1963年三队复合，仍称红粉大队。1983年起设红粉乡，三年后的1986年改称红粉农村管理区，至1999年定名红粉村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
