大田村是白砂镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域南部，白庐公路穿村而过。村名原为田地坑，因田地位于坑窝之中，后改称大田。全村辖9个自然村，村委会驻中心祠。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期该地分属贤里保和上丁保。1949年解放初称大田村，1951年设大田乡，1956年组成大田高级社。[2]

1958年公社化后为白砂公社大田大队，1968年改称革领组，1980年称管委会。1984年改为白砂乡大田村民委员会，1993年改为白砂镇大田村民委员会。下辖9个自然村（15个村民小组）。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，大田村列入2021年福建省卫生村名单。[1]
