山边村是福建省南平市建瓯市徐墩镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的北部，地处崇阳溪与南浦溪交汇处，距集镇约10公里。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村庄位于山旁，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期已有人居住。1951年设山边大队，1966年改称红山大队，1982年改为山边村委会。[1]村辖8个自然村。[1]

宗教与古迹[edit]

村内有始建于唐末的大斗峰宝积禅寺和明泉禅寺，规模较大，环境幽静。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅将山边村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2023年12月，山边村获评「2023年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]
