历史沿革[edit]

1983年邵武改市，从周边划出部分地域设立北门居委会，2002年改为社区居委会，名称沿用至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

社区内的樵溪门又名小北门，是邵武古城的七座城门之一，建于北宋太平兴国四年（979年），为县级文物保护单位。现存城楼为1986年重建的砖木结构城楼。[2]
