新坡村是福建省漳州市云霄县下河乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境东部，离县城约1.5公里，是通往和平乡的要道。村名因村旁溪陂屡遭水毁、屡修屡新而得。[1]

村旁的溪陂常因水灾损毁，村民屡毁屡修，修好即焕然一新，村名由此而来。[1]
