西华村位于丰州镇东北部，距镇政府驻地约3公里，因地处万衣领西华九峰下而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

土地在民国年间划为西华保，此前属三都；1949年后归西华九区管辖，1957年改隶西贤乡。[1]西华大队于1958年单独设立，1984年起称丰州镇西华村委会。[1]

福建省农业农村厅在2022年10月将西华村列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2020年12月，村子获评2020年泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村辖山下、洪厝、石盘、尾园、董埔、角后、埔头等七个自然村。[1]

村内耕地以种植水稻为主，大豆次之，果林有龙眼、杨梅等。[1]
