高山村位于码头镇西南部，因位于高盖山东麓而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期此地分属两个保，中华人民共和国成立初期归属另一乡。公社化时期此地分作两个大队，之后又独立组成高山大队。到1984年，才以码头镇高山村的名称运作，村委会随之建立。[1]

荣誉[edit]

高山村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办命名，成为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2022年12月，高山村被福建省绿化委员会命名为「2022年福建省森林村庄」。[1]
