中山村位于尚卿乡境内，古称后山，下辖魁梅兜、山头、九福、陈厝前、吾狮五个自然角落。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

古称后山。民国时期曾与中兴合编为中兴保，新中国成立后另称中山村。[1]

1952年划为第十区中山乡，1958年并入蓬莱公社，改称中山大队；1965年归尚卿公社，1984年改为尚卿乡中山村，设村委会。[1]

文物与旧地名[edit]

宝政殿位于九福角落，为县级文物保护单位，据2020年县名录，年代为明代，属古建筑。[2][4]

墓西是旧村名，因位于一古墓之西得名。1958年公社化时，3户10人迁居吾狮自然村，此地遂废。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2021年10月，入选南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院联合发布的2021年淘宝村名单；2022年10月，入选2022年淘宝村名单。[1]
