高山村是溪口镇下辖的行政村，村名以地处高山而得。[1]

2006年，溪口镇委员会授予本村「先进基层党支部」称号，2010年至2012年，本村被授予「建宁县创先争优先进基层党组织」。[1]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月把本村列为「2022年福建省卫生村」；2024年7月，本村获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」称号，并被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋元时属北乡兰田保，明初改属北区兰田保；解放前归定安乡渠村保，解放后划入一区杉溪乡政府。[1]

1956年划为溪口乡杉溪乡人民委员会的辖区，1958年并入溪口公社渠村大队，1968年改为渠村大队革命领导小组，1979年分出设高山大队，1984年改为高山村民委员会，1995年9月起归溪口镇。[1]
