南溪社区位于尤溪县城关镇，在青印溪南岸。社区前身为水南，2022年9月22日改称南溪社区居委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代时上水南一带叫青印坊，又称文公路，下水南则名兴文坊。清末与民国初年归东南保管辖，那时叫水南街。自1950年到1954年归东南乡，1956年划入城关镇。[1]

1984年改为独立的水南大队，1985年2月并入蔬菜大队的组织后设立水南居民委员会。2003年起称水南社区，2022年9月22日起改用南溪社区这一名称。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，社区被命名为「2023年全国示范性老年友好型社区」。2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。2025年12月，上榜「2025年福建省儿童友好社区」名单。[1]
