2021年2月，岭下村列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。同年11月，福建省爱卫办授予岭下村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名因地处山岭之下而得名。[1]

明清时属龙上里，民国时为方田一带的义栢保。1954年改属八区，设岭下乡；1958年属方田公社，设岭下大队；1984年设岭下村民委员会，沿用至今。[1][2]
