江口村是福建省三明市宁化县石壁镇下辖的行政村。村名以驻地自然村“大坑口”中的“坑口”二字定名，“坑”与“江”在当地方言中音近，故写作江口。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属龙上下里，民国时称江口保，隶属石碧乡。解放初设江口乡，之后又改归石碧乡；1958年，本地划为石碧公社邓坊桥大队的一部分。[1]

1962年另立江口大队，1966年改隶禾口公社。1984年归禾口乡，设江口村民委员会；1993年11月以后由石壁镇管辖。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年7月，本村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同年7月又被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
