芙蓉社区位于福建省三明市三元区城关街道，早先辖区内田地多种植芙蓉树，故以此命名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1990年1月，芙蓉居委会从原居委会分出，所辖为芙蓉新村一带。2002年，居委会改组为芙蓉社区居民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办将社区命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。2024年7月，社区被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
