西华村位于龙田镇东南部，是福建省革命老区基点村，辖2个自然村。[1]

村东濒大海，交通便利，故名西华。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧属崇德乡时和里，元代沿用旧制；明代归南上隅时和里6图，1910年划入龙田镇。1943年设3甲，1958年改属龙田镇的东庭大队，1984年设西华村委会。[1]

全村409户，共1415人，9个村民小组。[1]

地理环境[edit]

耕地670亩，滩涂126亩。[1]

文化[edit]

村子先后获评福建省卫生村、福建省生态村、福州市计划生育先进村等称号；2012年，村党支部被市委授予「五星级」党支部。[2]

2023年11月，村子被命名为「2023年度福州市绿盈乡村建设中级版村庄」。[1]
