革命历史[edit]
1926年彭湃到此组织农会；抗日战争和解放战争时期，这里仍是中共的活动据点之一。[1]
经济与民俗[edit]
出产稻谷和辣椒，辣椒种植约100亩，水产养殖约1000亩，建筑业也有一定规模。[1]每年正月初四办书法展；正月初十的「开灯日」是村里世代相传的节庆，2026年的一次有戏曲、舞蹈、爵士鼓表演和共饮灯茶、抢炮头等环节。[1][3]
