深渔村在马宫街道的集镇里，是一个纯渔业村，村民多是清初从番禺、新会、广海、宝安一带漂泊来的渔民后代。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
先辈以海为家，漂泊到马宫港定居。1951年，各路流动渔民和渔船在港内组成渔民互助组；1955年同海丰梅陇、联安等地的流动渔民合并为流动渔民协会，属初级社；1957年再扩大为渔业深海社，成为高级社。1961年分成深一、深二两个大队，1984年两队合并，改设深渔乡。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
下辖3个村民小组、2个自然村，博雅地名网记有548户、2470人，渔船148艘，合13440吨位、35182千瓦。[1]渔业资源衰退后，村里一面发展远洋深海捕捞，一面引进船舶修理厂、渔网加工厂和水产深加工企业，靠渔港带动经济。[1]2020年12月，被广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予“2020年广东省卫生村”。[1]
