华光村是梅州市大埔县洲瑞镇的行政村，属镇乡结合区，以蜜柚为主要收入。村名取「中华光大」之意，定于1955年农业合作化时期。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1955年农业合作化期间得名华光，取中华光大之意[1]。1952年起属田背乡，1958年10月为洲瑞公社田背生产大队的一部分；此后到了1983年12月独立设华光乡，1986年为村委会，1988年称管理区，1998年成立村民委员会[2]。
经济[edit]
村情称全村设16个村民小组，在册327户、1573人，总面积5.97平方千米，耕地1323亩（未注年份）。主要作物有水稻、蔬菜、蜜柚、花生、木薯，特色收入以蜜柚为主，村里还动员农户种植红肉蜜柚；2009年农村经济总收入1488万元，村集体经济收入约0.32万元[1]。
